Differences AirPods Pro and Jabra Elite 75tWe're talking about the AirPods Pro. Not the AirPods 2. The Pro version is the slightly larger version of the AirPods. You can find more about this in the comparison of AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro.
Battery lifeWe have an enormous difference in battery life. The AirPods Pro only offer a battery life of up to 4.5 hours. Jabra has a battery life of up to 7.5 hours. That's a fat number more.
Apple offers an additional 24 hours of battery via the case. But here, too, Jabra can outperform with 28 hours.
In terms of battery life, Jabra is definitely ahead with the
Wireless charging is possible with the Apple AirPods Pro. For a small surcharge this is also possible with the AirPods 2. Jabra, however, doesn't offer this. Whereby the manufacturer has planned and announced this for the Elite 75t. In my opinion, however, no enormous advantage with headphones.
WaterproofApple AirPods Pro finally have IP certification. They are IPX4 certified. The Elite 75t from Jabra have IP55 certification. Now you're probably right to ask yourself what the difference is.
- IPX4: Water and sweat resistant (Not suitable for water sports!)
- IP55: Dust and water (Not suitable for water sports!)
Although the Elite 75 offers theoretically more here. But in practice this is not really relevant. Both headphones can be used without problems during sports. Both headphones are not suitable for water sports, such as swimming.
Fit and attachmentsCompared to AirPods 2, AirPods Pro has one advantage. You get 3 different attachments for a better fit. That's progress. But Jabra has more to offer here. The manufacturer has long been known for the many attachments on its headphones. Basically, Jabra has the right fit for everyone.
Voice controlThe AirPods Pro have voice control. Of course this is Siri with an Apple product. I don't think it's the best voice control, but it doesn't belong here. With Jabra you have to do without voice control completely. So you don't get any Alexa or Google Assistant.
Active Noise CancellingThe Apple AirPods Pro can trump with the point of ANC (Actice Noise Cancelling). Jabra doesn't offer that. Here there is only passive noise suppression. In my opinion, this is already quite good with Jabra, but no comparison to ANC.
Which one is better? In general, both headphones are good models. In general, however, none is better than the other. Which headphones are better for you depends on your needs.
If you need a long battery life, buy the
