Fitbit Charge 5 vs Inspire 3 - Which is better?

The Fitbit Inspire 3 and Fitbit Charge 5 are released simultaneously in August 2022. Especially the Inspire 3 attracts with a low price. But which fitness tracker is better? Let's take a closer look at the Fitbit Charge 5 and Fitbit Inspire 3 in comparison.

Basically, the Fitbit Inspire 3 remains the cheaper fitness tracker in the comparison.

Design

Both fitness trackers are built in a slim design. However, the Fitbit Inspire 3 is still somewhat narrower and slimmer than the Fitbit Charge 5 in comparison.

Sensors

In a direct comparison, the Fitbit Charge 5 is technically better equipped and comes with more sensors:

• Fitbit Inspire 3: HR sensor, SpO2

Through NFC is Fitbit Pay enabled. Means you can pay directly contactless with your fitness tracker. This is only possible with the Fitbit Charge 5.

Another advantage of the Fitbit Charge 5 lies in the EDA and EKG. Thus, the fitness tracker can realize stress management and output an assessment of heart rhythm. Thus, the heart rate is permanently monitored for irregularities.

Battery Life

Battery life is of course also an exciting topic in the comparison of the two fitness trackers Charge 5 and Inspire 3:
